Boardwalk Enterprise lawsuit against EGF just another perception-deception?

Did Vogel Law Firm ‘serve’ a ‘draft’ version of civil lawsuit to City of EGF?

Has the City of East Grand Forks been served with a real lawsuit; or is it yet another perception-deception by organized criminals that cannot solve their loan fraud scheme problem during their secret society meetings?

Is the Complaint served upon the City of EGF by Vogel Law Firm only a draft – thus, carrying no legal weight whatsoever?

It’s a valid question.

Although the Complaint is written by Attorney Jon Brakke in legal format – it contains no case number, case type, or name of an assigned judge. VIEW DOCUMENT

EGF City Administer David Murphy confirms the document was in fact ‘served’. “It was served by a process server,” Murphy said.

If the lawsuit is valid or carried through upon - it's simply organized crime members that stole money from taxpayers in a loan fraud scheme; now attempting to sue the taxpayers they already robbed once.

Vogel Law Firm was contacted for comment but did not respond by the time of publication.
